Let's see, a couple of others...
People who, when there's a straight-only and a turn-only lane, will go to
the end of the turn lane, then cut into a line of cars. Or similar
situations, like people that go to the *end* of an exit ramp with a long
line of cars, then proceed to hold up highway traffic in the rightmost
lane until someone lets them in...
The Parking Lot Drifters, those people who do 45mph diagonally through
parking lots without regard to safety or lane markings...
