Freeway Etiquette

Passing on the right is all but impossible, since the slower drivers are
curtious and move over as far right as possible to begin with.
Sometimes people will get out of the way for you even if they are right
about to make a left turn (on highways, not freeways). That happened to
me all the time in Belgium, and I was really impressed. Likewise, I would
stay as far right as possible, and yield to anyone approaching in the
rear-view. I really wish American drivers were more like that.
