- I'll be job hunting, and the career center is described as an "informal" place to meet prospective employers. Is this accurate? If I am in a suit and tie will I stand out or fit in at this convention? (user:carterand)

- Dress varies at SAA - you'll see a number of people dressed fairly casually, especially as the week wears on, but business dress is typical. Suits and ties are not unusual, especially for presenters and those in leadership positions. The career center usually has people to talk with about your resume, as well as books of job postings and resumes. Sometimes employers are there to recruit and even conduct short interviews. If you're looking for a job, wearing a suit definitely wouldn't hurt. (user:Cdibella)
