Hi. My name is Greg Johnson and I am currently working at the University of Toledo in the Canaday Center for Special Collections as a Digital Archivist/Content Administrator. I am a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill (2007), where I studied under the advisement of Cal Lee and interned at the Hartman Center for Advertising, Sales, and Marketing History at Duke University. Since I am no longer in Chapel Hill, I can now safely admit that I have always been a Duke fan.

This is my first SAA national conference, although I have attended a couple local meetings while at UNC. I am very happy to be going to my first conference in my hometown of Chicago.

My pet project at the University of Toledo is a virtual museum of Toledo and Northwest Ohio history, sponsored by area libraries and our local PBS affiliate, called Toledo's Attic. I am also working on a university electronic records retention program, as well as processing analog collections, helping design the new university library website, doing reference work, and any other odd jobs I can find to do.
