John LeGloahec is an Archives Specialist with the National Archives. He works in the Electronic Records Division. At SAA this year, as he has done for several years prior, he is leading a group (this year, two) to a baseball game. For Chicago, that means Wrigley Field. Ten years ago, when SAA was last in Chicago, John was just starting out in archives and did not attend the SAA-run event to Wrigley. He regrets it still today. He is glad to be getting the opportunity to visit the "Friendly Confines." While he has no more tickets for either evening (groups are going on Wednesday the 29th and Thursday the 30th, if you contact him via email (johnleg@verizon.net), he can tell you where the groups will be sitting. He can also put in a call to the group sales office to see if he can get any additional tickets to the games.

John also maintains a blog, Order from Chaos, where he will be updating events at SAA. Come over and see what is going on with him. His blog has some archival content, but is primarily (from his own description), his random ramblings on life in general.
