Start on count: Once rhythm starts, start on 17
Position: Gentleman with feet spread to "open jumping jacks" position, woman stands to his right side in similar position—her left foot touches his right foot—his left hand is on his hip, her right hand is on her hip—his right hand and her left hand need to be held forward somewhat above the elbow height in order to do hip bumps
Editor's note:  Don Deyne reports this dance being taught or known as Trash Ladies, Trashy Ladies, or Trashy Woman.  Usually when misnamed, it also starts with the forward shuffle steps.

Steps for the gentleman.

1. Hip bump to right to lady's hip

2. Hip bump to right to lady's hip

3. Hip swing left

4. Hip swing left

5. Hip bump to right to lady's hip

6. Hip swing left

Two 1/2 Turns CCW

7. Right foot step forward—release hand hold

8. Pivot 1/2 turn CCW

9. Right foot step forward

10. Pivot 1/2 turn CCW—regain hand hold

Syncopated Cha-Cha Steps Forward

11-12. Right foot, left foot, right foot forward

13-14. Left foot, right foot, left foot forward

15-16. Right foot, left foot, right foot forward

17. Left foot step forward 1/4 turn CW—without moving into the lady's line of dance—body faces lady

18. Right foot step to the left behind the left foot

19. Left foot step to the left 1/4 turn CCW—without moving the body into the lady's line of dance—body now faces line of dance

20. Right foot scuff forward in low kick

21. Right foot step backward

22. Left foot step backward

23. Right foot step backward

24. Left foot stomp to close to right foot

25. Left toe cross in front of the right leg and touches the lady's right toe

26. Left toe touch to the left

27. Left toe cross behind the right leg and touches the lady's right toe

28. Left foot step to the left and weight shifts onto the left foot and right foot slide to touch lady's left foot

Repeat Counts 1 to 28 until the end of song.

Steps for the lady.

1. Hip bump to left to gentleman's hip

2. Hip bump to left to gentleman's hip

3. Hip swing right

4. Hip swing right

5. Hip bump to left to gentleman's hip

6. Hip swing right

Two 1/2 Turns CW

7. Left foot step forward—release hand hold

8. Pivot 1/2 turn CW

9. Left foot step forward

10. Pivot 1/2 turn CW—regain hand hold
