Twin Oaks - Located about 1 mile South of Business 70 on White Oak Road in Garner; 919-661-2793.  Western lessons, school track-out camp for children, boarding, and trails for boarders.    

Raleigh

J & H Stables - Located on the edge of Umstead Park, Raleigh. It has continually been voted the best trail riding stable in the Wake County area. 125-150 horses plus a variety of other critters are all maintained at the Raleigh city limits. For country lessons  (they also teach Eastern, have  a show team, and work with Special Olympics' riders), trail riding, boarding, horse training, or stock purchase call 919-782-9830 or 919-781-1504. Bring your birthday party, horse camp, corporate outing, family reunion for a trail ride. They can also sell you a horse with a trailer to take it home.
