There are several other questions on the table:
Do people think we should meet as a group? Should we hold
regular teleconference calls to monitor progress? Please
give me your opinions.
Now on to NG business....
I've completed a isl specification roughly equivalent to Simon's
specification. We haven't (yet) checked it for accuracy; Henrik
is going to be looking it over and check it against Simon's spec.
It does not implement SecureMessage; we need to talk to Xerox
on what the best approach would be to implement this. There are
certainly errors, and I've not heard from Simon on any of my earlier
questions.
It consists of three interfaces:
HTTPTypes Basic types for both client and server
Client Client side interface to protocol
Server Server interface to the protocol.
Note that some Client interface object needs to be defined to
store contexts in (since they must be able to be regenerated
on demand); Henrik and I will be adding this interface over the
next few days. Once we have done this, we'll probably try
a toy implementation (maybe in python) to see what real problems
come up using ILU.

I've not heard anything from Simon on my previous question list. We've
generated a few more, that I'll post in a day or so.
