DEar Ms.Raji Sridhar, Yesterday when I was writing the mail to you, some guests had come. so I had to attend to them. Hence, I had to stop abruptly. Now , I am continuing with  the reply for  the first question.

The Edu introduction for the 1-8 thiru-voi-mozhi is explciit inthis regard.

TEXT:1. saulabhyam Avadhu: srEvaikuNtam kalavirukkai Aga vudaiyavan angu ninRum samsAri chEthananr ninRa idathEa avadharithu eLiyan Ayirukkai.

What is saulabhyam? The Lord whose abode is srEvaikuNtam takes incarnations and becomes easily accessible to us in this world.
2sa. saushElyam_-----> sauselyam Avadhu --ippadi thAzhavittAl "siRiyAr aLavil nammaith thAzhavittOam"enRu than thiru vuLLathil inRi irukkai"
What is sausElyam-------> When the Lord lowers down Himself thus to our places, He does not have the thought that He has lowerd Himself.
3. Arjavam----> ninaivum solavum seyalum orupattirAdhE pala vagaippatta chEthanarOdEa thAn pari mARum idathi, avargaL pOna vazhi thanakku vazhi Agumpadi thAn avargaLukku chevviyanAi parimArugai.

What is Arjvam?  ---> There are three type of souls,. Bhakathar, mukthar and nithyar. No two souls may have same thinking, same deeds. The Lord instad of unifying all of them to His line of thinking, makes Himself flexible and acts according to the lines of thinking of each souls.
This is what is meant when we say--"nEr puraiya thannai niyamithu"

This is arjva guNam.
