The subjects, prajaaH, are the residents in huts, skanDhaavaarasadhaH. The associates, sahaayaadhayaH, are some cowherds, kathipaye gopaaH.. The rope tying the cow, vathsadhaamni, is the ornament on the shoulder, skanDhaalambini.. The patrons, DhanadhaaH, are gopis, gopaanganaaH, who are his own retinue, svaanganaaH.The decoration, SngaaraaH, is by the red stone from the mountain, girigairikam, and the beautiful peacock feathers, Sreemanthi barhaaNi. .Krishna is described as the rainy season for the lake that is Lakshmi. The lake fills up in rainy season and hence the cause of exuberance. Similarly Laksmi is fiiled with joy in the company of the Lord.

The word nalinam udhare is significant as nalinam means graceful as well as lotus. So the word denotes that
