SrI: Dear Sriman Sampath Kumaran Swamin : I can not agree with you more . I have indicated my comments earlier along similar lines . authentic grass root level inputs , controls are needed to help those who need help . Last year , when we were building the Sanitary facilities at SriperumbhUthUr , some one had to be there almost daily to motivate and oversee the construction . There were a lot of locals who stretched out their hands and delayed things . Thanks to Udayavar's anugraham , the project was completed after a week's delay .
