I am extremely happy to know that some thing tangible is emerging from the efforts of the members of the group to maintain daily aradhanam, naivedyam etc. A few months back I had gone to Thirukkannapuram and stayed there overnight. I was talking to some of the temple staff like Bhattacharar, Paricharakar and Nadaswara vidwans and others working the temple and I was in tears when I come to know that they have not been paid their salary for the past 10 months. Their salary is hardly Rs.750 to Rs.1000/ per month. If the conditions of the staff working in such a big temple would be like this, we need not imagine the conditions of the staff working in villages and in small temples. I prayed to the Lord that some body must come forward to do some things to help these people. I am extremely to know that the prayers of so many like me are being answered by the Lord.in such a short time.
I am a retired official from a Bank and settled down in Chennai. I am willing to offer my services in this regard if called upon.
With warm regards.
Yours sincerely,

Otherwise , it will be a disappointment .It is a sacred responsibility to recieve and manage these fundsfrom dedicated AasthikAs .I have some suggestions to offer for you all to consider :1. Identify a religious minded person in India , who is just retired ,has the time , energy and enthusiasm to serve as the eyes and armsto direct and manage the priorotized distributions to the most needy Templeswhich do not have steady AarAdhanam , Food offerings , Lighting , Vasthram etc.It is not difficult to identify such dhivya dEsams based on the ongoing field workof groups like those of Sri Venkat of Dubai & Vedics.net .I will help here and be happy to recieve your recommendations.2. Form a committee of experienced people from overseasand India , who have been involved with such Kaimkaryams .Sriman Anbil Swamy , Sri Urupattur Soundra Rajan Desikan Swamyof Thiruvaheendhrapuram , Sri Venkat Ramadhurai , Sriman IVK Chary of Kuwait , Sri Swamynathan of UAR (Dubai) , SrI KrishNan Cidambi ofBangalore , Sri Mukund Srinivasan of Singapore are a few who come to my mind.3. identify A list of Young and willing volunteers to supervise the work , visit the identifiedtemples in coordination with the officals of the Institution already active in the fields .Bring them on board . Sriman A.Balaji , Sri Manoram Chaitanya Das and otherscome to my mind . People can be requested to volunteer .4. We will focus only on the needy temples and not the rich ones( Thiruvenkatam , Oppiliappan Sannidhi , Srirangam , ThirumOhur ,Thiruvaheendhrapuram , Koodalazhagar , Kerala Temples ( for different reasons ) , Vada Naadu Temples , and a few others .All of these are just some suggestions .In summary , this Kaimkaryam can be done but would need time and patience as wellas genuine commitment . Let us exchange some more information to makenecessary advances .There is enough work to do for number of groupswithout stepping on each other's toes .NamO NaarAYaNAya ,V.Sadagopan
