Swamin,
It is a big subject which cannot be covered in an e-mail, i believe. In short I can say is that
Nitya karmas for a fourth category person are doiing prayer while rising from bed, taking bath, wearing sudha vastram, wearing thiruman kappu, doing puja, reciting stotras, learning sampradaya matters, etc. These are to be done every day and hence are called nitya karmas.
Naimittika karmas are those karmas that are to be done on prescribed days. Examples are observing Ekadasi prescriptions, Amavasya prescriptions, Shradh prescriptions etc.
Kamya karmas are the karmas that we do ourselves, like sumangali prarthanai, Saturday upavasam, Sravana upavasam, etc.
Hope this clarifies the basics.
