Towards the end of the sukta passage there is the unmistakable
reference to Vishnu:

       "hreeshchatE lakshmeescha patnyow...."

The Deity of this sukta is hailed as "Lakshmi's spouse!" i.e. Vishnu.

Regds,
dAsan,
Sudarshan
