Non-injury (ahmisa) is the primary flower,
the next one being Control of the senses;
Kindness to all creatures is a flower,
with Forgiveness an especially important one.
Meditation is a flower, Austerity is a flower,
Wisdom is a flower as well;
Truth is the last of these eight flowers
which are extremely dear, pleasing to Vishnu.
These eight flowers are pleasing to Vishnu Bhagawan:
1. non-injury to all God's creation Ahimsa
2. Control of senses indriyaNigraha
3. Compassion towards all beings dayaa
4. Forgiveness Kshama
5. Meditation Dhyanam
6. Austerity Tapah
7. Knowledge, Wisdom Gnyanam
8. Truth Satyam
