               OHM NAMO NARAYANAYA NAMAHA

  There are 108 Divyadesams, which have been glorified by the Alwars through their Mangalasasanams. Of them only 106 can be  worshipped as a human being. The remaining two, one can worship after leaving his physical body on this earth. So get ready to visit the earthly 106 divyadesams as early as possible. Ageing is a factor that prevents our physical movements. So when you are young, energetic and capable , worship in those divyadesams.

      We were not there when the Divyadesams were built by those
noble hearts. We were not there when the Azwars sung Mangalasasanams
in praise of Sriman Narayana of those divyadesams. But both
divyadesams and the pasurams are available for us even now. But it
seems Sriman Narayana desires that  His Abhimanis  partake in His
Service. Yes that is why some of His Abhimanis have come forward to
rejuvinate the spirits of Godliness by starting Kainkaryams in such
of those Divyadesams which lack the very spirit/purpose of thier
existance. Yes Swamin there is no doubt that
it is a God sent "BHAGYAM" for us to take part in such Kainkaryams. If
we can contribute physically by presenting ourselves in those
Divyadesams, there is nothing equal to that. If we have constraints
to be present now, let us encourage those noble hearts who are at the
Kainkaryams. Let us support such noble causes with our mite. Afterall
they are doing it for our benefit when we may visit those divyadesams
later. Please commit your self for this noble cause. Your
suggestions, shramadhan and money will get converted in to ideal
conditions of worship.

      It is really our Great Bhagyam to participate in the Divyadesa Kainkaryams,   initiated   by  Shriman Narayana   Himself   through
noble souls guided  very aptly by Dr Sadagopan Swami.  Now  that
our  cherished  desire  is  getting  fulfilled  by  the  stewardship  of
Shri  Vasudevan  Varahachary,   it  is   our   duty  to   support  this
Kainkaryams  by  all  possible  ways and  means.  It  is  heartening
to note that  a  number  of  SrimanNarayana' s Abhimana Bhakthas
are expressing their desire to take part  in  this  Kainkaryams.  It is
time all  such  Bhakthas  rally  behind  the  noble  souls  who  are
actively engaged in this Divine Mission.

I suggest the following for all concerned's active considerations:

1. Let us all commit very firmly that each one of us will work for
    the achievement of our goals which are:

      Regular Nithya Aradhanies;
      Ensuring  Sevarthis  Sevas by ensuring regular Temple timings :
      Cleanlisness in Temple premises;
      Maintaining the Temple  Nandhavanams;
      Regular chanting of Vishnu Sahasranama, Sathumurais etc.,
      Welfare of the temple staff ensuring them good renumeration  etc.

2. The above said  can be achieved only if  regular money flow is  ensured.   Let each one of us consider contributing our mites. One time
contribution or monthly contribution or contribution as and when  possible,  whenever we have religious family functions in our houses  like  Marriage,   Seemantham, Sashtiuptha Poorthi, Sathabhishekam  Birth days, Marriage Anniversaries, Rememberance days of our elders who have departed from us and by Collecting Donations from our friends, associates, relatives etc. Business people can arrange for poojas on the dates of importance for their ventures, when Archana will be conducted and prasadam sent.

These are a few ways of contributing our mite

3. Let us make it a point to visit Divyadesams with families and friends as many times as possible in groups.

As an update We furnish the following Details

1. We had initiated  kainkaryam in Vaikundha Vinnagaram on 1st April 2007 with Thirumanjanam.
2. We initiated kainkaryams in Arimeya Vinnagaram and Semponsai Kovil on 14th April 2007 with Thirumanjanam and swamy purappadu.
3. Thus for the 3 Divyadesams the trust has been extending support at Rs.5000 per Divyadesam per month.
4.The purpose of extending support for the above Divyadesams are :
   i) To ensure 4 kala Nithya Aradhanams;
  ii)  To ensure Perumal  Darshan to Sevarthis without difficulty by ensuring the presence of Bhattar during the stipulated  temple timings;
 iii)  To keep the temple environments clean and tidy and
 iv)  Develop / maintain Nandavanams to be  self sufficient with Thiruthuzai(Thulasi), flowers etc

       The progress made is encouraging. As a result, we now endevour to make these Divyadesams EXEMPLARY.

      We appreciate your help and encouragement, without which we would not have made this progress. We request your continued assistance, guidance and contributions to forge ahead.

      We whole heartedly thank our donors. We will appreciate your continued support. We request all our prospective donors, to be liberal with your contributions. Also, may we request Divyadesa Abhimanis, who promissed contributions but  are yet to donate.

     In the absence of sustained support, the Trustees of the Thirunangur Divyadesa Rakshana Trust are bearing the expenses fondly hoping that your donations are sure to come.

    Kindly do not allow the well intentioned kainkaryams suffer for want of your continued / promissed  contributions.

The cost of the temple expenses  per day per Divyadesam works out to Rs.350. You may  contribute  Rs.350 and earmark a day of your choice for performing daily Aradhanams in the Divyadesam of your choice,  The day can be birthday, Wedding Annivarsary day or The thithi day of any paramapadhavasi of your family. While sending your remittances, please do send us  Name, Janma Nakshathram/Rasi, Gothram etc. We will arrange Asthothra Archana and arrange for sending the prasadam to your address.

You may also keep a Fixed Deposit in bank, to generate interest, and arrange for regular transfer to our Trust's Account for the above purposes.

We also solicit one time / recurring  donations which may be cash or kind.

For your convenience to remit donations, we have two bank accounts for the Thirunangur Divyadesa Rakshana Trust . Details:

Also, please be informed that we are yet to get clearances from Income Tax Department for 80G deductions. For such payments deduction certificates will be sent soon after getting clearance from IT authorities.

Thanking you,

                                       S RAJAGOPALAN
                                     for and on behalf of
