Based on the correspondance below, the system used in
the calculation of Panchangam by Hindu.org is Ganitam.
When I discussed with the manager (ahobila mutt
shishya) in Sri. Venkateswara temple, Pittsburg, PA
about the system used in the calculation, he said that
vaakya method is very complicated to compute for US.
He used Ganita system for the computations. The
Pittsburg temple calendar also gives info about
eclipses, Ekadasi etc in the calendar. The calculation
is for Pittsburg city, PA. The calendar includes day
light saving time in the calculation.
