Srimathe Lakshminarasimha Para Brahmane Namaha

Dear Sri.Balaji,
I woud like to clarify your query as under based on the informations , I have
gained.
Total surrender to Sriman Narayanan is one of the easiest methods of attaining
"Jeevan Mukhti" , though it is not the only way , as per our Srivaishnava
Philosophy.
We should understand clearly that Paramathma is different from Jeevathma. They
are not the same. Jeevathma , by virtue of its inter relations with Paramathma
( the cause of the Jeevathma ) , tries to reach it by realizing its true
identity. That reaching is the Jeevan Mukhti , which is the goal of the
Jeevathma .
There are plenty of Jeevan Mukhtas and all the Nithya soories who are referred
to in the philosophy are none other than Jeevan Mukhtas. Our Alwars and
Acharyas of the past also belong to the same group. The study of the lives of
Alwars , their works and those of the Acharyas would give us an over view of
what we should do to attain that stage. But we should not forget that it is a
very difficult path and there is no compromise on its discipline of observance.
Total surender calls for the following.
Akinchanathvam- means , there is nothing we can offer to LORD , which does not
belong to HIM.
Ananyagathithvam- means , there is no other place to go for surrender , except
the THIRUVADIES of Sriman Narayanan , as HE alone can give us the MOKSHA.
Poorna Viswasam - means , Implicit faith in HIM and HIM alone.
Where as the first two could be easier , the third one involves lots of
discipline in oneself , but our Alwars and Acharyas have shown that it could be
reached with sincere devotion and approach. No compromise on this.
Trust the above clarifies your query.

G.Sampath.

dear friends,

as per vaishnava philosophy, total surrender is the only way of
attaining mukti. that means we cannot see god in our human form by
realising him as is advocated by advaita. they say that by self
enquiry we can realise the self and by that the brahman. do the
vaishnava philosophy have such concepts. what is jivanmukti? who are
all the jivanmuktas we have on whom we can read and know their
experiences?
