Grover Cleveland Alexander Movie

One of Reagan's old movies was the life story of Grover Cleveland Alexander, a baseball pitcher. Reagan told of how the studio bosses tried to disguise Alexander's epileptic seizures by portraying them as fainting spells; but that had only served to ange r the public and the critics, who thought the studio had another motive in mind: using the fainting spells to cover up a well-known Alexander affliction- alcoholism.
