Indicted in March, 1988. Some counts were thrown out because government refused documents. Convicted on three counts. Appeals vacated two counts and reversed one.

O'Connor, Sandra Day
Associate Justice of the US Supreme Court, 1981-present, nominated by Ronald Reagan. First female Supreme Court justice. Previously a state Court of Appeals judge in Arizona. Judicial conservative against court mandated busing, the death penalty, and personally opposed to abortion.
