As far as I know, Recommendations says that twelve stars on euro coins have to be depicted in the same way as on the flag of EU.
And as you probably know, Italian two cent coins have these stars situated in different position. If you can not remember how this coin looks like, click
here.
In other words, stars on Italian two cent coins are situated like
this, whereas they should be like
this.
So my question is: is design of Italian two cent coins complying with Recommendations, or not? If not, does it have to be changed?
Thank you.
