Hi, I stopped by hoping to find information about an article I read in my local newspaper, "Older Women Face Battle: Age, sex discrimination and Issue". In the article it said that studies through UNC found evidence of managerial bias against older women.
I would love to find out more about the studies done at your university. Please let me know if you have a reference for me.
Thanks,
Pat Barberi

I am a new employee on campus and wanted to find out what kinds of resources there were on campus for women. Also, being new in town, I was hoping to start meeting people in the area who share my commitment to issues affecting the lives of women. I'm glad to see that the center is here, and look forward to finding out more about what all you do!

Hi actually I am the President of my Sorority and one of the
things we strive for is womenhood. I would like to bring this group
up to date and get us involved with more national as well
as local issues and organizations that support women in
their daily walk. If you have any ideas, issues, organizations or contacts that
would be helpful I would love to have those.
I am in the planning stages of our 1st annual Women's Week
Where we will have activities and speakers there to help the
campus of Augustana to step out of the
shadows and get to work!
thank you much
