GEORGE BUSH, JOHN KERRY, MIKE EASLEY, AND PATRICK BALLANTINE ARE AMONG THE NAMES LISTED ON THE NOVEMBER BALLOT IN NORTH CAROLINA. SO TOO ARE CANDIDATES FROM THE LIBERTARIAN PARTY. THE LIBERTARIANS ARE THE ONLY THIRD PARTY PRINTED ON THE BALLOT. PARTY ACTIVISTS SAY JUST GETTING ON THE BALLOT IN NORTH CAROLINA IS A VICTORY.
