Short Term Loans – Part 1

State Lawmakers are looking at legalizing two kinds of short term, high interest loans. Supporters say making the loans legal would allow the state to control them. But critics say they’re too dangerous to consumers. In the first of a two part series, Laura Leslie reports on so-called pay day lending.
