Re: damp papers
At this point, make sure you have better than average air circulation in
the area where the dampish items are stored. If need be, bring in some
fans. If possible, remove them from the boxes until they are really dry,
then put them in boxes. This helps with air circulation as well.

end up in the archives. I am more afraid of the possibility of mold and
mildew. The boxes got wet, the papers inside got "dampish" (as if they had
sat in the humidification box). The contents have been transferred to new
boxes. What more should we be doing?
