Re: Research Collections and ILLs



My understanding is that the party making the photocopies ( i.e., the
repository and the staff member there) is the one to be held liable for
copyright infringement.  I'm not sure what liability might fall to the
"customer" if s/he didn't make the copies personally.

customer's photocopying activities?
