In this verse, there are 3 verbs, αφεντες φερωμεθα καταβαλλομενοι. The first and third verb are both participles, therefore, I see φερωμεθα is the main verb of this sentence. If we translate all three verbs as "let us leave", "let us move on", "let us not keep laying", ...
