Hmmm…it could be read either, "don't touch this unless Crossway agrees" or it could be read as "open to all."

Tine out! I'm no fan of e-lexicons for various reasons, but this is just incorrect. When BDAG was first published, it went for $100, shortly thereafter it rose to $125. You might try the appendix in NA28 (or NA27). It contains a list of quotations and allusions. You'll have to do your own footwork on comparing them to the LXX, though. I'm not aware of anything that has already done that for you.
