I need to give a short definition/description of τὶς for readers who don't know Greek. It's listed in the lexicons as the indefinite pronoun, but I would have thought that it might be called a pronominal adjective when used attributively. I did find one reference to it being termed 'the indefinite pronoun (or adjective)' here: http://www.class.uh.edu/mcl/faculty/poz ... v4pr.0.pdf.
Thanks for your help,
Andrew

Re: Attributive τὶς an adjective?
Smyth § 1266 calls it an indefinite pronoun used adjectivally. I think I have heard it called an indefinite adjective before so that wouldn't be too strange. I'd probably prefer indefinite determiner but that may not be the most transparent term for your audience.
