Aleph with Beth has been very successful for Hebrew beginners who want to learn biblical Hebrew for free using a living language approach. There is now a parallel course for Greek. Looks promising.

I have been very impressed with the Hebrew course, which is much further along - that's how I have been learning Hebrew. This is taking a similar approach to Greek.

They are also looking for volunteers to help with producing lessons etc.
