Nope, not the conference proceedings. Sadly not. Steve Runge & Will Ross have been pursing getting it published, but I don't know what the state of things for it is.
This is a project that we did from scratch for Logos 9. Eventually it will likely be available separately I would expect, but for now, it's only going going to be available in base packages. It's sort of "more than lexicon" and "less than a monograph."

By the way, it does also appear in the stand alone feature set upgrades, too, which are also priced dynamically based on what you already own.
