I wonder if anyone can clarify why διὰ παντὸς is translated as continually here? BDAG doesn't offer any clues, not sure what I am missing.
Δι᾿ αὐτοῦ οὖν ἀναφέρωμεν θυσίαν αἰνέσεως διὰ παντὸς τῷ θεῷ
Thanks!

I generally treat διὰ παντὸς as a fixed phrase meaning 'continually' or 'forever'.
Smyth 1685 1c. Under the Heading διά with the Genitive wrote: Temporal: of uninterrupted duration, as διὰ νυκτός through the night X.A. 4.6.22, διὰ παντός constantly T. 2.49.
LSJ via Perseus πᾶς Section IV: with Preps. wrote: διὰ παντός (sc. χρόνου) for ever, continually, S.Aj.705 (lyr.), Th.1.38, etc. ; also, altogether, Pl.R.407d

Thanks Wes! I was looking up παντὸς, διὰ in BDAG, because I didn't know it was a constract/phrase!
