Philippians 4:3 question

Hi. I am not familiar with Greek grammar, so I can’t figure this out for myself.
Philippians 4:3
“3 And I intreat thee also, true yokefellow, help those women which laboured with me in the gospel, with Clement also, and with other my fellowlabourers, whose names are in the book of life.”
My question is: when it says “whose names are in the book of life” is that phrase describing the fellowlabourers or is it describing “those women”. I can’t figure this out and can’t justify any answer I come up with.
Thanks
