Is is word order common or at least normal?

I would (subjectively) feel more comfortable with πᾶσαν τὴν ἐξουσίαν τοῦ πρώτου θηρίου or even πᾶσαν τὴν τοῦ πρώτου θηρίου ἐξουσίαν. Is the pattern with the πᾶς after a possessive genitive attested elsewhere?

This is a good question/test for those who can search with syntax trees.

N. Turner in the Syntax volume of the Moulton Grammar gives statistics on the position of πᾶς (p. 202-03). The total number in the NT of occurrences of πᾶς at the end of the noun phrase is 33 according to his figures. He claims (p. 201) this position is for emphasis. But he doesn't give the actual references.

The only one I have discovered (not having the requisite software for a thorough search) that has a form of πᾶς specifically after a genitive is
Rev 8.3 ταῖς προσευχαῖς τῶν ἁγίων πάντων.
