Best LXX with morphology?

I've been doing some queries on the Greek New Testament using James Tauber's GNT, and I'd like to add support for the Septuagint.

Is the CCATT text the most accurate one that is available for free? Should I simply convert the texts found here to Unicode and XML?

http://ccat.sas.upenn.edu/gopher/text/r ... /lxxmorph/

Any other alternatives I should consider?

I'd ask some of the owners of websites that serve up morphed lxx.
John Barach comes to mind (motorera.com). Others: John Dyer (http://biblewebapp.com/reader/) gets his from Unbound Bible, which is from LXXM (CCAT), Thomas Moore (katabiblon.com) also uses LXXM, I don't know what Zack Hubert (Resurgence Greek) used. Some of these might have improved the text or have a better source.

I think I've got Brenton's Greek version in Unicode.

Is the underlying text for that CCATT?

Yes, I started with CCAT.
I made a number of changes particularly in punctuation and some spelling.
Currently, I am formatting the HTML coding so that just hovering over a word gives its basic meaning; but clicking it takes you to the lexicon.

Do you still have the morphological data?
A friend and I are busy writing Bible software and I was about to parse the ccat data but if you have improved it and have it in a database (and are willing to share it) that would be awesome... (our software is still in alpha stages but you can check it out at http://www.theverityproject.com)

James,
All the info of CCAT is now in my lexicon at
http://www.motorera.com/greek/lexicon/
The items in the lexicon are hyperlinked to the biblical texts found at
http://www.motorera.com/greek/text/greek.html.
CCAT had a lot of errors in spelling and in incorrect word identification.
I am still in the process of formatting the results and expanding and clarifying the definitions.
Cheers,
John Barach, Sr
