This goalpost shifting is getting tedious. The fact of the matter is that yhe CGCG has an excellent treatment of particles, and I stand by it.
Didn't see that as goal post shifting, but fine. And the CGG does have an excellent treatment. We just need more! Demand more particles! Very much looking forward to the new multi-volume work Mike mentioned. That way modern theory and analysis can collide... :)
