Teaching Greek in Fall

Maybe it would be interesting to list NT Greek beginning grammars that
we think are the worst. The one I think is the worst is the one that
used to be published by Harper & Brothers, by William Hersey Davis. I
am sorry to say it is the one I used many years ago to start.

I am now teaching Greek with William D. Mounce, Basics of Biblical
Greek, and I like it pretty well. The students seem to like it. It is
clear that this subject needs a full three hours a week student-teacher
contact to do it well. Four would be even better!
