Please look at Ps. 62:10 in LXX:
AUTOI DE EIS MATHN EZHTHSAN THN PSUCHN MOU, EISELEUSONTAI EIS TA KATWTATA
THS GHS

To me it look like Paul speak about the same place, namely, Hades.
