What is thus needed is a teaching, along

This is by and large what I meant by... learning a
little Greek produces no benefit. Every comment one
can make after learning a little Greek is "this is
what I've been told."
My whole point is simply to say that if you are not
able to evaluate the GNT independently, by learning a
little Greek you only increase the number of authors
you can quote.
My apologies for those who took offense to my
"extreme" viewpoint.
