Thanks for putting together the list of citations. I assume that the NT
writers were familiar with the LXX and felt that it served their purposes
satisfactorily. After all, they were writing in Greek. The quotation in Heb
1:6 could be from Ps 97:7 (LXX 96:7). The other citations do not seem to
change the meaning from the Hebrew that much in terms of the NT usage and
context.
