[B-Greek] Present tense bibliography

I do not have access to it, but one might consider an older article by Sakae Kubo, "1
John 3,9: Absolute or habitual?" Andrews University Seminary Studies 7 (1969:47-56).
This article seems to have influenced many well known commentators to abandon the
tense solution to this passage.
