[B-Greek] Secret Mark

I would certainly urge anyone seriously studying Secret Mark to include
Stephen Carlson's "The Gospel Hoax: Morton Smith's Invention of Secret Mark."
It's not really an attack on Smith but a carefully-argued and well-documented
analysis of the work. Carlson argues that Smith left several hints at the
authorship of the document.
