PRWI is an adverb meaning "very early." ORQROS is a noun meaning
"dawn" or "early morning." The genitive form ORQROU is pretty much
equivalent to the adverb: "at dawn" or "in the early morning."

German has an expression "morgen in der Früh(e)" which is pretty much
comparable to English "early in the morning."

You need to consult a decent (i.e. sufficiently extensive) lexicon for
words like these. One of the tasks that Louw & Nida (Greek-English
Lexicon of the New Testament Based on Semantic Domains, Johannes P.
Louw and Eugene A. Nida, Editors) is particularly good at is
clarifying usage of synonymous and near-synonymous words with nuanced
differences in NT Greek.
