[B-Greek] changing transliteration on b-greek

I've never been able to keep the BGREEK codings for chi and psi fixed
in my brain. For me, the only good option is:
- Unicode
and the only kludgy, ASCII-only work-around I have much hope of remembering is:
- TLG Beta code (http://www.tlg.uci.edu/BetaCode.html)
Standard transliteration as described in the SBL Handbook of Style and
many other places requires o and e with macron, so that doesn't work.
I'm probably not going to remember any other--current BGREEK,
Randall's proposed revision, or otherwise. But I can read any of them
(though not nearly as easily as real Greek characters).
