[B-Greek] changing transliteration on b-greek

Standard transliteration as described in the SBL Handbook of Style and
many other places requires o and e with macron, so that doesn't work.
I'm probably not going to remember any other--current BGREEK,
Randall's proposed revision, or otherwise. But I can read any of them
(though not nearly as easily as real Greek characters).
