What Carl gives as a text is Chrysostom’s Liturgy. Funeral services are not related to our
Liturgy, there are independent services, in a previous mail I provided sites
for English and Greek texts as well as video.

Also the video comes with Patriarch of Constantinople is
from the Vespers, which also is not related to a funeral service.

After Liturgies on Saturdays we may have memorial services,
short services to pray for those that are departed. Memorial service is an independent short service.

The book that contains all these services is called Εὐχολόγιον.
The entire book is not available in internet, although there are
translations in English. Most common
services of efxologion are available at http://www.goarch.org/en/Chapel/text.asp
