Ynacy,
My apologies: I've tried emailing two photos of the altar which bears the inscription but have clearly failed to succeed! (twice! using two different email accounts).
The altar is in the Church of the Holy Sepulchre in Jerusalem. It is on the site which tradition holds is Golgotha. The altar is above a hole in the rock in which, allegedly, the Cross was placed when it was erected. The shrine is looked after by the Greek Orthodox Church.
