[B-Greek] TOU AUTOU in Cramer's Catena Acta

Well, inasmuch as it means "of the same (man/person/author)," it ought to indicate that the person thereby indicated is the same as the one previously named in the genitive.

That's doubtful, I think. People wanting to consult it would be able to read the Greek.
