Can anyone who has access to Skeat's article give the precise papyri refernences so that we can have a look at them. I am checking the Duke Papyri database for possible instances of μάλιστα MALISTA with the meaning, "that is" and haven't found any. Doesn't mean that there aren't any. It would be nice to have the references so we could post the texts of the papyri documents and bring them into the discussion. Unless we have already done that here.
