[B-Greek] Older grammars and categorization of Voices

While I agree with Carl regarding the helpfulness of Romance categorizing of
verbs as Act, Pass, and Reflexive, in distinction to the English two-form
system, there is also the problem with what is meant by "reflexive". In
English, the --warning, "U" word ahead-- UNGRAMMATICALIZED reflexive
construction doesn't seem to have the range of the Greek Middle voice. I'm
wondering which languages do have a quite similar emphatic range, and which
have only a truly reflexive focus.

I realize that, in one sense, the question is off-list; on the other hand,
comparative grammar is quite useful in the teaching and learning of Greek.

Servus, Vasile! Do you have a name for one of the older (3-category)
Romanian grammars? I have newer ones, but no old ones, and would like to see
the treatment. My wife was unable to bring any of her books when she left
Arad back in 1979.
